Will this work for vegetarians or vegans?

If you are vegetarian and eat seafood, eggs and dairy it can be adapted. It isn’t suitable for vegans.

When can I get started?

Do I need access to a gym?

In order to build muscle you need access to strength training equipment. At a minimum you will need access to dumbbells to start. All the workouts can be customised to the equipment you have access to.

I'm on HRT do I need this?

Yes. HRT can be a tool that helps symptoms, but it doesn't fix a suppressed metabolism. Without the right nutrition and training foundation, many women on HRT still struggle with fat gain, fatigue, and poor body composition. The RYM method works with whatever hormonal support you're already receiving.
